We are looking forward to welcoming you to the WTC Room with three practical culinary workshops in November.
We will also be holding our WTCB Thursday Parties and we will be celebrating the kick-off of the football World Cup together.
BATCH COOKING
Batch cooking is a method that involves cooking for the whole week in just a few hours. If you don’t have much time, this technique is perfect for you.
During the activity we will explain what batch cooking is and how to organise your weekly menu, from the perspective of healthy eating, foods to encourage and what we need to eat according to our lifestyle.
Following the advice of our nutritionist Alf Mota -eco chef and healthy cooking coach- we will move away from ultra-processed food and food prepared outside our home, which tends to be of poorer quality.
At the end of the session, a healthy food box will be given to each participant, so that on the day of the workshop, all the participants will be able to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal.

Our chef/pastry chef will teach you how to make tiramisu, the classic Italian pudding which we will give a special touch to using macha tea. We will also prepare a very refreshing fruit dessert with pineapple, eucalyptus, and lime and, of course, chocolate is a must. You will learn how to temper chocolate to make bonbons in very little time.

CHRISTMAS SNACKS
Christmas lunches and dinners are characterised by their variety of appetisers, hors d’oeuvres and starters. Little jewels, with lots of colours, textures and contrasts for celebrating with family and friends on these special days.
If you want to learn the techniques and secrets of the appetisers from the best Michelin-starred restaurants, don’t miss this participatory workshop with chef and cookery teacher Manu Gimón.
We’ll start with a simple bite of truffled cheese and thyme, followed by a combination of flavours and textures in a prawn, kumquat and pistachio tartar, and finish with corn toast, smoked cod and pickles.
This Christmas is going to be unforgettable!
